- Responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing of medical supplies
- Market prospects - market intelligence (looking for new projects)
- Creating awareness to the customers, doctors, hospitals etc…
- Conducting negotiations and follow up with customers, doctors, hospitals...
- Sourcing new clients, initiating sales opportunities
- Customers support - monitoring patients for some products and some treatments
- Maintaining & developing key contacts (customers, doctors, hospitals..)
- Finding new projects, handling clients projects
- Preparing quotations, bids...to clients
- Planning weekly schedules - preparing market & sales reports for the management
- Medical equipment maintenance and repair : installing, maintaining, calibrating, and repairing medical equipment and devices, providing technical assistance and support to customers before, during, and after the sale.
- answering technical inquiries, resolving issues, and troubleshooting problems related to product installation, operation, or maintenance.
