Job Brief

We are looking for an F&B Branch Manager to lead all aspects of our business, including but not limited to maintaining the company’s revenue, profitability and quality goals, ensuring efficient company operation, as well as maintaining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily company operations.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Review regularly product quality and research new vendors.
- Organize and supervise shifts.
- Assess staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Attend to procurement management.
- Ensure compliance with health, sanitation and safety regulations.
- Manage company’s image and suggest ways to improve it.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and events.
- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads).
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future company operations.
- Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel.

Requirements

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or any relevant field
- Minimum of 8 years work experience in F&B sector
- Possesses managerial, strategic, and planning mindset
- Communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs
- Presentable and confident
- Familiar with health and safety standards and procedures
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
