Job Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Lead the design team in gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers, ensuring a strategic approach to design that aligns with business goals.

• Research Oversight: Oversee and direct user research activities, including planning and conducting user interviews, to inform design decisions and product development.


• Data Analysis: Guide the team in analyzing product performance data to identify design opportunities and enhancements, fostering a data-driven design culture.


• Design System Management: Manage and continuously improve the internal design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design processes across projects.


• UI/UX Design: Oversee the design of user interface elements, ensuring they meet user needs and enhance user experience. Mentor team members in creating storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, UI mockups, and prototypes.


• Presentation and Collaboration: Lead the presentation of design concepts to internal teams and key stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and feedback to refine and advance design projects.


• UX Problem Solving: Direct the identification and resolution of UX problems, advocating for user-centric design solutions and adjustments based on user feedback.

Skills

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.


• 5+ years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role. 

Required Skills

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design and strategic project management.


• Experience leading a design team and managing design projects from concept to completion.


• Proficiency in wireframe and prototyping tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc, InVision, XD) and design software (e.g., Figma).


• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving shared goals.


• Strategic thinker with a user-centric approach to design and problem-solving.


• Solid time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
