Job Title: Architectural Site Engineer

Job Description:

As an Architectural Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of construction projects, with a strong emphasis on finishing and detailed finishes. With a minimum of 10 years of on-site experience, you will bring a wealth of knowledge to ensure the successful implementation of architectural designs.

1. Project Planning:
• Collaborate with project managers and architects in the planning phase to understand design specifications and project requirements.
2. Site Supervision:
• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring they align with architectural designs and specifications.
3. Team Management:
• Lead and manage on-site architectural teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient project execution.
4. Quality Control:
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure that architectural elements meet established standards and design specifications.
5. Detailed Finishing:
• Supervise and coordinate finishing and detailed finishes, ensuring they are executed to perfection and in accordance with design intent.
6. Coordination with MEP Systems:
• Collaborate with MEP engineers and contractors to ensure seamless integration of architectural elements with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
7. Problem-solving:
• Address and resolve architectural challenges that may arise during construction, finding practical and innovative solutions.
8. Communication:
• Maintain clear and effective communication with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and collaborative working environment.
9. Schedule Management:
• Monitor project schedules, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion of architectural milestones.
10. Budget Adherence:
• Work in conjunction with project managers to ensure that architectural elements are constructed within budgetary constraints.
11. Documentation:
• Maintain accurate documentation of architectural changes, approvals, and any deviations from the original design.
12. Safety Compliance:
• Ensure that all on-site activities adhere to safety regulations and protocols.
13. Client Interaction:
• Engage with clients to provide updates on architectural progress, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
14. Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to bring innovative and cost-effective solutions to the projects.
15. Closeout and Handover:
• Oversee the final stages of the project, ensuring proper closeout procedures, documentation, and a smooth handover to the client.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of on-site experience in architectural roles.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for architectural design and project management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
