Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistic Coordinator with a focus on shipping operations. As a Logistic Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods and materials both domestically and internationally. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of the shipping process, including scheduling shipments, arranging transportation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, export declarations, and customs clearance forms.
Track shipments and monitor delivery status, proactively addressing any delays or issues that may arise.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, including procurement, warehouse, and customer service, to coordinate shipping activities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of shipping activities, including inventory levels, shipping costs, and delivery times.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the shipping department.
Stay informed about changes in shipping regulations and industry best practices, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Handle any shipping-related inquiries or complaints from customers and vendors in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with other logistics-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on shipping operations.
Strong understanding of international shipping processes and regulations, including import/export documentation requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
Fluency in English and Arabic languages is required
