This is a full-time on-site role. The Guest Relations Specialist will deliver exceptional customer service and manage customer experience. Candidates must be confident communicators with excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

- Guest Relations, Customer Service, and Communication skills.
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to manage customer experience effectively.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English or French.
- A degree in Hospitality or a relevant field is preferred.
- Knowledge of local tourist attractions and cultural heritage is a plus
