- Directing visitors to conference rooms and reception areas
- Answering telephones in a professional manner and transferring to appropriate staff member
- Sending emails to staff members with the daily missed calls they received
- Creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office
- Performing general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Assisting the Executive Secretary in reserving conference rooms
- Issuing internet access user credentials for guests
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area by complying with the procedures, rules and regulations of the facility
