Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing building information models using BIM technology, producing architectural and construction drawings and submittals, and leveraging BIM to improve coordination and communication among project stakeholders.

Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
. BIM expertise, including proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD
. Experience creating and managing BIM models
. Proficiency in producing architectural and construction drawings and submittals
. Understanding of building codes and regulations and their impact on design

Candidates should have a strong portfolio of completed projects that showcase their design abilities.
