What You Will Be Doing:

• Greet customers on arrival then assist the customer with any questions they have about the purchase they want to make. 
• Sell products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting, gift-wrapping packages
• keep track of all cash and credit transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
• Achieving established goals.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Increasing in store sales and having product knowledge.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts
• Arrange and replenish the store on a regular basis
• Participate in the instore buying procedure by Evaluating clothes options according to prices, quality etc. and determine the best choices
• Perform physical count once asked and participate in the monthly cycle count procedure in order to ensure accurate stock
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor as needed 
• What You'll Need as Qualifications and Requirements to Succeed:
• Academic B/G: degree or high school diploma.
• Experience:1-2 Retail sales experience.
• Languages: Arabic, English
• A professional appearance.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Should also be available to take evening and weekend shifts occasionally.
• Authorities: no authorities for this position.
