Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the company's system.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and policies to effectively communicate information to customers and address any questions or concerns.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Uphold company values and policies in all interactions with customers and colleagues, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in a similar role;
• Proven experience in a retail environment, with a preference for experience in A+ brands.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving Skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
