Main Purpose of Job

Handling the Second level support for the IT infrastructure.
Escalating un-fixed support request or any issue captured to appropriate third service level or to return it to first service level.
Responsible for handling and maintaining IT technical rooms, cabling, Servers, Network, security, Servers OS/roles/features, Servers software installation and configuration, Inventory list, Devices OS/Software upgrade, replacement request, backup, restore tests, Maintaining DRP site ready, Connections (Inter-sites, internet, and intranet, etc. (HP devices, Cisco devices, MS products, Symantec products, etc.)
Implement new IT Projects, prepare hardware specs, and required quotation, audit check, IT systems and security monitoring,
Follow Group IT standards, Group IT strategy and Market priorities. Ensure that the usage of the IT infrastructure is maximized to address Business requirements and according to security and compliance aspects.
Provide 7/24 IT Operational infrastructure services and systems. Give high IT performance services. Continuously improve the IT infrastructure and security.

Key Outputs:

IT infrastructure -Ensure that whole IT infrastructure is according to Group guidelines, there is required redundancy, support contract with suppliers is in place (if needed), DRP is in place and tested regularly.
IT Security & compliance -Ensure that there are regular IT security and compliance assessments preformed according to Group requirements, together with action plans for gap closing activities.
To ensure integrity and performance of operating systems and associated hardware.
Budget Management - Represent and defend market ISIT budget towards Group management and Business.
Control and allocate the operational budget of the assigned projects and sustain activities.
Project management -Enable means for smooth project execution (i.e. staffing, project plans, representation to business stakeholders), ensure up-to-date knowledge on tools; define and apply sustain support structures.
Security & compliance -Ensure that there are regular security and compliance assessments preformed according to Group requirements, together with action plans for gap closing activities.
IT infrastructure -Ensure that whole IT infrastructure is according to Group guidelines, there is required redundancy, support contract with suppliers is in place (if needed), DRP is in place and tested regularly, department staff has proper knowledge to maintain all the elements of infrastructure.

Key Experiences:

1. Sound experience in several IT domains (PC, Network, Servers, DB, Virtualization, SAN storage, development, implementations, security, Connections (Internet, MPLS, LL, etc,).)
2. Basic experience in Business applications (Front and back office). One or many: ERP, CRM, Route management, salesforce automation, DMS, WMS...
3. Basic experience in collaborating and following with IT service provider (vendors)
4. Solid experience in building, designing, managing, and maintaining Backup, DRP and other IT procedures
5. Basic experience in Project management
