The Service Agent’s role is a client service facing and key revenue generating position to the Company. This position has the primary responsibility to service customers, build relationships with existing clients, and drive sales conversion.
Major roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Client welcoming
- Client rental servicing
- Client follow up
Skills
- Bachelor Degree or above in sales.
- Above 3 years of experience in related industries.
- Be familiar with the rental business.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Deal closer
- Age Range: Between 24 and 35 years of age
- Language Fluency: English, French is a plus
