• Client Relationship management : build and maintain strong relationship with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
• Product promotion: Educate clients about the features and benefits of our marble and ceramic tile products, effectively demonstrating how they meet their specific need and preferences.
• Sales strategy development : Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement innovative sales strategies aimed at achieving targets and maximizing revenue.
• Market research : stay updated on industry trends and market demands to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Order processing and follow up : Manage the entire sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of any customer inquiries and concerns.
• Sales reporting: prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into performance metrics and identifying areas of improvement.
• Product Knowledge enhancement : Continuously expand your knowledge of our product offering, staying informed about new product launches, feature and applications.

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree in Business administration, marketing or related field (Experience or background in interior design is a plus)
• 2 to 3 years of experience in same or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients at all levels.
• Passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to details
