Budgeting and Cost Control
Customer Experience
Marketing and Promotion
Collaboration

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in children's play center.
Strong creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas to enhance the playground experience.
Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with other departments.
Passion for creating enjoyable environment for children.
