Warehouse assistant

o Use an accounting system for invoicing
o Verify orders prepared by others
o Receive goods and generate the purchases in the accounting system.
o Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
o Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts,…)
o Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
o Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
o Prepare drivers schedule and monitor their daily routing
o Participate in periodical stock counts
o Help other colleagues in their tasks or fill in for employees on vacation
