Secretary -- Document controller

Job description:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email.
Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems.
Manage database entry.
Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence.
Set up, copy, scan and store documents.
Create templates.
Manage requests for documentation.
File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties.
Manage the processes around documentation within the organization.
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.

Qualifications:

Proven working experience as Secretary.
Responsible and trustworthy.
Warm personality with strong communication skills.
High School Diploma or associate’s degree.
preferable to have secretarial institute degree.
Good skills in MS office including outlook, excel and word.
Good attention to details.
The ability to multitask.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be living in khaldeh or nearby suburbs.
Can start immediately
