• The Restaurant Manager has the overall responsibility of achieving strong knowledge of all relevant E-Campus modules, BTC procedures, Daily Concept Workflow and master the skills of leading your team through BTC. Including but not limited to Team Positioning, training of Juicers and Shift Managers, always ensuring highest standard within the 4-Walls focusing on skills and abilities which all is based on a Lead by Example and using a 4-Wall Leadership mindset.
• The Restaurant Managers responsibility covers all areas of planning and delegating daily tasks within their team, working closely with their Shift Managers, ensuring a strong and structured Shift Plan including Team Positioning to ensure the maintenance of a solid Daily Concept Workflow with stable structures, which is focusing on balanced stations and ensuring low Average Waiting Time and high product quality.
• The Restaurant Manager will be on top and working closely with the Purchasing and Supply Chain team to ensure a controlled stock handling within their bar, including weekly counts, delivery reporting and a stable waste % in their bar. Understanding and working actively with the weekly reports such as BM report and Re-Count and ensuring maintained stock on hand and respectful stock handling.
• The Restaurant Manager has the responsibility to always be on top of their Juicers and Shift Managers performance by hosting Juicer Talks, keeping their team motivated and included and always ensuring a nonbiased and professional approach to their entire team. The ability to maintain objective and provide constructive feedback to their team
