Outdoor Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outdoor sales activities to identify and approach potential customers.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of leads, ensuring regular follow-up.
• Effectively present products or services to potential customers, emphasizing their features and benefits.
• Negotiate and finalize sales deals with clients.
• Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with customers to secure repeat business and referrals.
• Stay current with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales targets and objectives.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
• Offer feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions and market trends.
• Always represent the company in a professional and positive manner.



Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 1:5 years of Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in a similar industry or field.
• Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences is a plus.
• Understanding of Solar systems and Batteries/Air Conditioning.
• Capable and experienced in working with MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to approach and engage potential customers effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of closing sales deals and achieving targets.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, capable of managing a database of leads and maintaining accurate records.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for outdoor sales activities as required
