Digital Marketing Specialist

A company located in Beirut is looking for a digital marketing specialist to be part of its marketing team, responsible for driving online ecommerce sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy:
● Conduct market research and identify target audiences across different countries.
● Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measurement systems to track campaign success.
● Develop and manage budgets across various digital marketing channels such as Meta, Google, Snapchat, and TikTok..
● Stay abreast of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

2. Paid advertising management:
● Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, Snapchat and other relevant channels.
● Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and conversion rates.
● Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.

3. Content creation and management:
● Oversee the development of engaging and informative content across various platforms
(website, social media, email, etc.).
● Work with the copywriter to create compelling product descriptions, website copy, and email marketing campaigns.
● Collaborate with the graphic designer and video editor to create visually appealing and
engaging content.
● Ensure the seamless flow of the content production pipeline.

4. Website optimization:
● Collaborate with the web development team to improve website traffic and user
experience.
● Monitor website analytics and identify areas for improvement.
● Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility.

Qualifications:
● 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
● Strong understanding of the Meta platform (ads manager, pixels, running sales campaigns, tracking KPIs, etc…)
● Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
● Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
● Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in Google Analytics.
● Experience with Shopify and other ecommerce platforms is a plus
