*VACANCY*A highly reputable Industrial plant located in Batroun region is seeking to recruit a Process Engineer.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a Reputable University, with a of Minimum of Three years of experience spent working in industrial plants.
Some of duties and responsibilities:
-Required to Work on Rotating Shifts
- Reviews and assesses the manufacturing equipment and processes designed to be efficient, cost-effective, and promotes quality and reliability in the production process.
- Coordinates with the maintenance departments by issuing work orders to fix and repair equipment needed in the production operation, to secure the best efficiency.
- Issues work permits needed for the production process as requested by the plant management.
- Provides periodic reports to his superiors related to process control.
- Solves moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Prepares and distributes daily tasks for the team.
- Coordinates with the logistics department to secure the consumables needed for the operation and performs audits on its consumption.
- Coordinates with QC team to achieve and maintain high production quality.
- Participates in weekly production meetings.
- Supervises and organizes shut down duties such as equipment cleaning and dismantling.
- Analyzes data to improve work process.
- Updates P&ID’s whenever modification is required
