Job Description:
- Contribute to the implementation of Department Policies and Procedures and achieve department targets.
- Weekly sales meeting with the team.
- Schedule individual sales visits and joint visits with General Manager for key accounts.
- Have own target list of 4 strategic accounts per month.
- Minimum of 40 sales visits per month (joint visits + owned accounts)
- Build and manage a strong sales team.
- Meeting department budget on monthly basis.
- Monitor the daily visits of the team taking into consideration that 5 new clients are required by each sale on monthly basis.
- Create a strategic sales plan in coordination with the General Manager and to be monitored on monthly basis.
- Assure that the quotations are offered to the clients within 24 hours.
- Proficient follow up on quotations sent.
- Make sure and control the transition of clients to customer service and operation to be in a professional way.
- Coordinate and support departments for any sales campaign.
- Credit accounts to be approved by the General Manager before activation.
- Generate Sales Leads to promote all products.
- Review the minutes of the sales meeting, assign actions to owners and follow up on results
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team.
- Monthly review with General Manager on all sales activities and budgets
- Work with the General Manager on a yearly Business Plan and Analysis which will play an important role in developing and implementing strategic business plans and initiatives to drive the department growth across all products.
- Engages prospects and customers to present the company’s services, always furthering relationships up the value continuum towards the advisory. Advocates for both the company and the customer, striving to find win-win solutions that expand and further client relationships.
- Build, Train, and manages a team of Sales Executives and reflects excellent leadership qualities.
- Achieves the annual growth targets (revenue, profit, volume) as defined in the sales planner
