GlobeMed Group, the largest Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to conduct training needs assessments among GlobeMed employees, identifying gaps in skills and job specific competencies, aligning Development Plans to meet business requirements and close skill gaps, and design or acquire and deliver tailored training programs.

In coordination with head of departments, develop & deliver courses material related to Department’s roles, responsibilities, functionalities, and services, and support the Subject Matters Experts (SMEs) at different levels, using modern practices.

Support the sharing of good practices within and across GlobeMed, keeping pace with digital transformation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
BS in Human Resources, Training and Development, Business Management or related fields
A minimum of 8 years of experience in training management
Proven experience in training methodology and practices
Knowledge in needs assessment and research methods needed to support program development
Excellent Presentation skills in a structured manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
Ability to influence
Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner
