Graphic Designer

Tasks & Responsibilities:
a) Graphic Design:
• Create visually appealing graphics, including digital illustrations, logos, banners, and promotional materials.
• Develop and design layouts for various digital and print materials, such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into compelling visual assets.

b) Data Entry:
• Accurately input and maintain data into databases, spreadsheets, or content management systems.
• Ensure data quality and consistency by conducting regular audits and verifications.
• Organize and categorize data for easy access and retrieval.

c) Image Editing:
• Edit and retouch images to enhance their visual appeal and suitability for specific purposes.
• Resize and format images to meet design and content requirements.

d) File Management:
• Organize, archive, and maintain design files, graphics, and associated data records.
• Implement best practices for file naming and version control.

e) Communication and Collaboration:
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align graphic design with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

f) Quality Control:
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure the accuracy of data and design elements.
• Identify and rectify design or data errors promptly.

g) Software Proficiency:
• Utilize graphic design software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for design tasks.
• Be proficient in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for data entry and management.

Related Experience:
• Social Media platforms.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Knowledge of Excel (stock editing).
• Two to Five years of experience.

Education:
• BS in Graphic Design, Architecture or Digital Marketing.

Abilities:
• Oral & Written Comprehension: the ability to listen to read and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences and in writing.
• Oral & Written Expression: the ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand
