Job Summary: The job holder is responsible for managing software projects from inception to delivery and completion, utilizing project management, team leadership, and client engagement expertise accompanied by an understanding of DevOps principles.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1.1. Lead and manage the software development lifecycle, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
1.2. Ensure timely project delivery, maintaining alignment within project scope and quality standards.
1.3. Monitor project progress and identify and address potential issues or bottlenecks through proactive measures.
1.4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
1.5. Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and challenges.
1.6. Facilitate communication and collaboration between design, quality assurance, and technical teams.
1.7. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives and expectations.
1.8. Oversee and maintain project documentation, including requirements, timelines, and project plans.
1.9. Collaborate with teams to ensure comprehensive documentation of processes and outcomes.
1.10. Utilize technical background to understand the complexities of software development projects and work closely with the development team to address challenges and facilitate solutions.
1.11. Apply DevOps principles to enhance project delivery efficiency.
1.12. Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate continuous integration and delivery practices into the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements:

2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
A Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate is a plus.

3. Experience: A minimum of 8 years of proven expertise in software project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, demonstrating a track record of successfully delivering complex projects within budget parameters.

4. Technical Competencies:
4.1. Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development.
4.2. Experience in project management methodologies and tools. Jira is a plus.
4.3. Experience in Azure or AWS environments is a plus.
4.4. Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
4.5. Fluency in English and Arabic.
