-Conduct research and development activities to design and improve aluminum façade, windows and doors systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
-Collaborate with the design team to create prototypes, perform testing, and validate designs.
- Analyze and evaluate the performance, functionality, and durability of existing products, identifying areas for improvement.
- Utilize CAD software and other engineering tools to develop detailed designs, technical drawings, and specifications.
-Work closely with the production team to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and provide technical support during production and assembly.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in aluminum window and door system design.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source new materials and components, ensuring quality and cost‐effectiveness.
‐ Support the marketing team by providing technical expertise and assisting in the preparation of product documentation, technical guides, and specifications.
‐ Participate in cross‐functional meetings and provide input on product development timelines, feasibility, and resource requirements.
- Contribute to the intellectual property portfolio of the company through patent filings and technical reports.
‐ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in research and development, preferably in the design and development of aluminum façade, windows and doors systems. -Strong knowledge of aluminum extrusion processes, profiles, and fabrication techniques.- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for 2D and 3D modeling.- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to aluminum windows and doors systems (e.g., AAMA, ASTM). ‐ Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to translate concepts into practical designs. ‐ Strong analytical and technical skills, with attention to detail. - Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross‐functional teams. -Self‐motivated and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Familiarity with project management principles and tools is a plus.
