  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Assist in the design and development of training programs, including workshops, and presentations.
  • Source and manage vendors for external training programs.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including booking venues, arranging materials, and managing registration.
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate training sessions as needed.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of all assigned requisitions with quality talent.
  • Conduct and follow up the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding process.
  • Organize and manage orientation program for all new hires.
  • Work with hiring managers to develop clear, concise, and engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the role's requirements and responsibilities.
  • Manage and implement the employee engagement activities as planned.
  • Support the employer branding activities as planned.
  • Assist with other Human Resource functions as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or a related field. HR diploma or certificate is preferred.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.Hands-on experience in Recruitment, Training, Performance Management is preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.Very good command of English language (speaking, reading, and writing).Good with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
