We are hiring for our retail company in Lebanon the following position:
Human Resources (To work between Beirut, Saida and Tyre)
Primary responsibilities:
• Work on store displays.
• Supervising and motivating salespeople.
• Assists in the training and retention of store staff in sales to deliver exemplary customer service and meet sales goals.
• Develops collaborative team relationship with Store Management and other store team members.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
Requirements – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• A Degree with marketing or business or any related fields.
• Must have customer service skills.
• Minimum of one year sales experience in garment retail store.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
