We are currently recruiting candidates for sales positions (Sales Managers and Sales Executives) for a reputable Insurance Company Located in JBEIL.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, Develop and Retain a sales Team that will report to his Leadership
- Insure that the sales team is within the standards of the company
- Daily leading and motivation of the sale team to insure full implementation of the daily agenda as well as to obtain the expected sales results
- This job will include sales and recruitment target, coaching and team development
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree Required: High School- Bac II
- Age: 25 and above
- Excellent Communication Skills
