Medical/Sales Representatives are needed to cover doctors & pharmacies in West Beirut, Achrafieh, Metn/Keserwan and Dahieh.
- Biochemistry, Chemists or Nutrition diplomas
- 0-2 years experience
- Must have a car
Duties Include:
- Effectively plan work schedules on weekly and monthly basis to visit and target doctors and pharmacies promptly.
- Communicate and demonstrate product benefits to all relevant doctors with the main aim to achieve predetermined monthly and annual sales targets.
- To reinforce and grow doctors' loyalty to our products.
- Achieve sales target on monthly basis and achieve number of new accounts (pharmacies).
- Fulfill job role by being fully in the market, visiting clients regularly, attend to client premises & know each client to bond with, build & maintain business partnership.
- Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
- Contribute in building client database portfolio, provide market intelligence & research reports about competitor's sales & marketing activities.
- Effectively manage available resources.
- Identify and establish new business.
- Maintain detailed records of contacts for all targeted doctors for planning, reporting and feedback.
- Attend exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Review sales performance regularly.
- Write reports and other documents as per department guideline.
