- Achieves all qualitative standards in product, service, and hygiene within the company's policy and procedures.
- Ensures compliance of all menu items to recipes, product standards, and quality of service.
- Approve all supply orders for every sub-department.
- Coaching and development of all stations staff.
- Maintain the cost of food / budget and able to understand the restaurant P & L.
- Solves problems that affect the outlets service, efficiency and productivity.
- Previous experience in similar position is a must
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant's trading area.
