We are looking for an energetic, positive spirit, well-spoken Customer Service to join our team and answer questions and requests from our customers. The responsibilities of the Customer Service include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services. S/He has to provide the customers with all the products information, application protocols, and assist them in purchasing and after-sale stages.
The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, fluent in Arabic, French and English, with a professional performance and strong customer service and computer skills. An experience in cosmetic and pharmaceutical beauty products is a plus.
• Listening to customer concerns and providing information, answers, or responses.
• Taking orders and assisting in the process of billings and payments.
• Obtaining and correctly recording customer information such as name, address, phone number, and payment method and delivery details.
• Developing excellent sales pitches to attract customer to purchase items
• Reviewing and making changes to customer accounts.
• Handling customer complaints and processing returns effectively.
• Keeping records of customer interactions.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and developing and tracking discharge of customer orders, troubleshoot problems face by customers
• Identifying opportunities to up-sell other products and services.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field may be advantageous
• Interest in cosmetic or pharmaceutical products is a plus
• Good listening and communication skills - sales is a plus.
• Good data entry and computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge in mobile communication apps.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• A professional phone presence.
• Proficiency (both in talking and writing) in Arabic, English and French
