Job Overview:
- The agent will be making and taking client calls to explain and market the services the company provides.
- Agent must present a friendly and professional image while pitching the services in order to build trust between the company and the client thereby earning and keeping the client’s business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take client calls.
- Analyze client’s data to determine client’s respective needs.
- Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies.
- Follow up on client matters.
- Create and maintain a database of prospective clients
- Maintain a record of calls through our computerized system
