We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Administrative Assistant with a strong Accounting Background to join our team. This role is integral in providing administrative support while also contributing to financial and bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities :-
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments and meetings for team members.
- Assist in preparing financial documents, reports and spreadsheets.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and directing financial inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain and update company financial records and databases.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and assist in budget tracking.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirements :-
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant with an accounting background.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency with financial software and tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma; additional education or certification in accounting is a plus.
