An Engineering & Contracting company is looking for an Estimation & Tendering Manager who should have at least 15 years of experience in tendering and above 15 years in Contracting and Engineering.

A Bachelor in Civil Engineering is a must.

Main duties, but not limited to:
- Manage relationships within various public and private sector enterprises for project appraisal, coordination and implementation
- Follow up the updated database for materials, labors and subcontractors’ prices
- Control the prepared Tender file (Civil, Architectural and Electro-Mechanical works) and finalize the Bid for submission
- Attend Pre Bid meeting and site visit, if so required for Bid preparation
- Follow up queries and clarifications
- Finalize the rates
- Check compiled documents required for Tender Submittal
- Submit the Tender File in due date and time
- Follow up with the Client for tendering result and further requirements.

Languages: Arabic, English, French

Excellent communication and analytical skills
