Quality Control Officer

Responsibilities:
1. Monitor all food handlers to make sure that all food-handling tasks are properly and safely carried out.
2. Recognize and prevent food safety hazards in the food business.
3. Ensure that food handlers maintain safe personal hygiene.
4. Ensure that food safety program is up-to-date and accurately maintained.
5. Complete all the required training.
6. Responsible for tracking traceability of finished products.
7. Filling all documents related to food safety.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition/Food technology.
2. Ability to work under pressure.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. 3 years of experience as “quality control officer” with an F&B concept or food production
