Distributes parts/supplies at counter and posts parts to work orders on the computer
Assists in shipping and receiving by unpacking/packing boxes; stocks parts on shelves
Unloads trucks and signs for shipments; inspects for damage and returns if necessary
Conducts physical count of parts/supplies for cycle inventory
Advises Manager Parts of stock outs and low stock problems based on inventory system data or visual inspection
Perform various general clerical duties, maintain various files, data, produce reports, and correspondence for the supervisor/manager.
-Monitor Equipment/Vehicles Registration & Insurance expiration for renewal
-Equipment/Vehicle/Generator & Small Machines Daily maintenance report
-Equipment/Vehicle/Generator & Small Machines Daily Diesel issuance report
-Equipment/Vehicle/Generator Daily Hour reading report
-Engine/Hydraulic/Grease Daily Issuance Report
-Diesel Monthly Report
-Generator Monthly Report
Maintains a clean and safe work area
Perform other duties as required
