We are looking for a Quality Control Officer to join our team. .
Schedule rotate (week1 AM shift, week2 pm shift)

Principal Accountabilities
• Collecting food and water samples according to a planned schedule
• Inspecting food manufacturing processes, personnel and environmental hygiene to check for possible contamination
• Preparing bacteriological media/solutions for tests
• Accomplishing laboratory tests for plant/
• Reading, analyzing and interpreting data
• Comparing data to standards and negotiating it with TQM then sending reports to the concerned

• Auditing Wooden Bakery Plant in terms of Personal Hygiene, Maintenance, Food processing, cleaning and records.
• Reporting and negotiating the discrepancies and red lines with the TQM
• Preparing reports and sending it to the concerned
• Following up any non-conformities related to the lab results or any other discrepancies by opening NCR and following up the log sheet
• Helping when needed the QC team
• Accomplishing all paperwork in accordance with established time frames and record keeping
Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in food science or any related field
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic, English and French
• Computer literacy
• Excellent technical, interpersonal and communication skills
