Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a passion for designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for industrial software applications. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work for industrial applications and complex systems.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability principles, and interaction design best practices, with a focus on designing for industrial environments.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback in industrial settings to inform design decisions.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is desirable but not required.
