  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
  • Proficient in Computer Literacy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High School diploma or Equivalent Education required.
  • Experience with call center management software.
  • Relevant experience is prioritized over qualifications.
