Afkar Holding is looking for a cost control Operation .

Main duties are:
o Spot check on stock level, receiving and dispatching process and all store transactions.
o Assist Cost Control team in carrying out monthly inventories (food and non-food).
o Assist in dealing with any variances in inventories and carry out recounts when needed.
o Spot check on bars, stores, laundry and major cost centers’ inventories and report any issues to Assistant Cost Controller.
o Spot checks on recipes on a regular basis during food preparation to ensure standards recipes, standard garnish and presentation are followed.
o Minimum 1 year experience in similar position.
o Good communication in English language in spoken and written form.
