The Customer Service Officer is responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding services via different communication channels, including phone, email, and social media to troubleshoot and resolve issues. The Customer Service Officer will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, and proactively identifying and resolving customer concerns while providing exceptional service.

Qualifications
Fluent in English & Arabic (oral and written) is required; proficiency or fluency in French is a plus
Experience with customer service, helpdesk, or a similar role is desired
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach
Flexible and adaptable to changing situations and requirements
Knowledge of solar energy systems is a plus, but not required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
