A reputable company is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join their reputable beauty and personal care store in Beirut. 

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and develop creative concepts.
- Create captivating and on-brand designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Design engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and advertisements.
- Develop visually appealing website graphics and assets to enhance user experience.
- Assist in the creation of packaging designs that communicate the essence of our products and appeal to our target audience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously seek ways to evolve designs and improve visual impact.
- Ensure timely delivery of all design projects while maintaining high levels of quality.

Skills

• Degree in graphic design or a related field is required.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the beauty or personal care industry.


• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.


• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs.


• Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.


• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.


• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.


• Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.


• Knowledge of printing processes and techniques are a plus.
