A reputable company looking for a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at our beauty and personal care store in Beirut.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and interview qualified applicants to assess their suitability for various roles
- Conduct reference checks and verify employment history of potential hires
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information using our applicant tracking system
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires as needed.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.


• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the beauty and personal care industry.


• Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.


• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
