A Reputable Company located in Aramoun is seeking to recruit a Human Resources Specialist.
Main Duties:
- Work through the organization’s mission, vision and adhere to principles and values.
- Respect and control the implementation of the company’s regulations.
- Work on policies and procedures and make sure about effective implementation.
- Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
- Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare job descriptions, job offers, advertising vacant positions, and manage the employment process and recruiting.
- Handle the ERP process for the employees.
- Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Complete evaluation all over the company.
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or any relevant field.
- 3 plus years of experience in a similar role.
- Able to collaborate with all levels of the company.
- Effective coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
