Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives in the Lebanon market.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

4. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure contracts and agreements with customers.

5. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to deliver high-quality services and exceed customer expectations.

6. Prepare and submit sales proposals, and quotations, in line with company pricing and contractual terms.

7. Track sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and generate reports to management on a regular basis.

8. Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the facility management sector in Lebanon.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably within the facility management or related services industry.

3. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and processes, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Arabic and English languages.

5. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering value-added solutions.

6. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a target-driven environment.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales pipeline management
