Prepare and manage financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow.

Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance

Coordinate with department managers to develop annual budgets and monitor budget-to-actual.

Manage cost control and processes.

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for managing directors and ceo.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.

Monitor and manage weekly cash flow to meet operational needs and financial obligations.
Implement effective cash management and treasury strategies.

Manage the financial implications of business decisions, and ensure compliance with relevant financial standards, regulations, and tax laws.

Coordinate and liaise with external auditors.

Supervise and monitor the finance team members.
Provide guidance on financial matters and facilitate professional development.

Qualifications:

MBA or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
+10 years experience

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Salary range 4500-5500$ + trsp and other benefits like profit sharing
