Head Chef

We are looking for an experienced Chef to lead our team and supervise our kitchen process according to the standards we have set.

Person should be able to learn/teach to adapt to our operation and support the team. To bring what is needed for better work flow and productivity.

Menu based on best quality ingredients from our farm and the Lebanese sea. With plates ranging from classic mezza, to signature dishes and international seafood preparations.
