Maintenance Technician

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Perform daily preventive maintenance and technical inspections and repairs for elevator equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical system failures.
• Understand and follow quality & safety standards and procedures.
• Consult with supervisors to resolve problems in areas such as technical performance, output quality, or work schedules.
• Respond to customers callback.
• Record and discuss work inquiries, complaints, or comments with Maintenance Manager.
• Develop a strong relationship with customers

Skills:
• Attention to details.
• Time Management.

Related Experience:
• One year of experience, or Fresh Graduate.

Education:
• Technical Degree in Mechanical/Electrical.

Abilities:
• Oral & Written Comprehension: the ability to listen to read and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences and in writing.
• Oral & Written Expression: the ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand
