As a YouTube Channel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, optimization, and growth of our YouTube channel(s). Your primary objective will be to increase subscriber count, viewer engagement, and overall channel performance while ensuring brand consistency. You will collaborate with various teams to plan, produce, and distribute content that resonates with our target audience and drives channel growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough reviews of all content published on the channels, including videos, playlists, and channel designs to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Plan content calendars, including video concepts, titles, thumbnails, tags, and publishing schedules.
• Optimize video content for maximum visibility, including metadata, tags, descriptions, and annotations.
• Coordinate with internal teams or external creators to produce high-quality video content that engages and retains viewers.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the organization's objectives and target audience preferences.
• Foster a strong sense of community by engaging with viewers through comments, messages, and social media platforms.
• Monitor and moderate user-generated content, comments, and discussions to maintain a positive and inclusive channel environment.
• Implement growth strategies to increase subscriber count, video views, watch time, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay updated on YouTube policies, algorithm changes, and industry developments to adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience managing YouTube channels or digital media projects, preferably in a similar industry or niche.
• Strong understanding of YouTube analytics, SEO best practices, and video optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging content creation.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus
