Job Summary:
As part of our growth plan, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Professionals to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our gensets, solar PV systems, and maintenance services to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our gensets range, solar PV systems, and maintenance services to potential clients across different industries.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, assess market trends, and understand client needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and project managers to effectively understand and address their energy requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients by understanding their project specifications and recommending appropriate gensets, solar PV systems, and maintenance solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that highlight the value and benefits of ACAR GLOBAL's offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, to ensure accurate product specifications, cost estimations, and timely project delivery.
- Proactively follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to maximize sales conversion and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulations related to power generation and solar PV systems.
- Represent ACAR GLOBAL at trade shows, industry events, and conferences to showcase our products, expand networks, and contribute to our brand visibility.
- Meet deadlines and set KPIs.
- Achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or similar field.
- Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the power generation or renewable energy industry is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Self-driven and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and business-related activities.
- Passion for sustainable energy solutions and a strong desire to stay updated on industry advancements.
